Today 05/07/2022 the training of the OLR Europa Master Pigeons 2022 begins. We will start adapting the pigeons by car and training on the short distance 1-10km.

Europa Master Pigeons Team: I took advantage of the fact that it was a bit cooler today and did a joint training with the car from 5 km. So far, small groups of up to 100 pigeons have been trained to keep the pigeons in the transport boxes for no more than 30 minutes. Several trainings of 1, 3 and 5 km were done. The pigeons are in great health and fly daily from 6 to 7 without being forced. Then follow from 7 to 9:3 force training of approx. 15-20 minutes. After lunch from 17:00 to 19:00 we train with the car in small groups of maximum 100 pigeons. We are having minor issues with occasional pigeon injuries after the daily attacks of predators.

Due to the very high heat, the pigeons are trained at this time only in the morning between 6 and 9. During the day the temperature exceeds 35 degrees Celsius. At this point the pigeons fly alone for about 30 minutes at the first exit. then follow two more workouts of 20-30 minutes each, without strength.
Every day, birds of prey make their presence felt, with more or less success.
The pigeons are in very good health.
