• Delivery of pigeon trainees will be held from 1
st of February till 15th of May 2023.
• Opening hours for delivery: every day from 16:00 – 20:00, another time after call confirmation.
• Age of pigeon trainee is 35 – 40 days. (Older age of pigeon trainees is recommended.)
• Proving of paramyxo vaccination is mandatory during hangover of pigeon trainees. The batch number of the
vaccine is required. Not proving of the above mentioned the pigeon trainees would be accepted as not vaccinated.
In case of death of not vaccinated ones no other pigeon trainees would be delivered in 2024.
• It is recommended to vaccinate the trainees at least 14 days prior to delivery to Derby Recany.
• Registration fee has to be paid during delivery process directly at Derby or with payment transfer on bank account
(see below the bank account details). In case of 80% of registration pigeon trainees (800 pieces registered) the
deposit of 50% of total amount is required.

• Every pigeon owner or group of the owners have to split their pigeon trainees to TEAMS of max. 12 pigeons per
team.
• During the delivery process together with the fee payment the “former owner” would agree with these instructions
and conditions.
• In case of death or any injury of pigeon trainee caused no occasion for participation in the races during delivery
process the substitution is acceptable latest till 20.5. 2023.
• During revaccination of pigeon trainees against PMV and pox around the date 10.6. 2023 the updated list of pigeon
trainees will be created.
• Any losses during pigeons settlement or death of pigeon trainees till above mentioned date will be compensated
with delivery of another pigeon trainee (free of charge) under keeping of the condition of vaccination would be
proved.
Instruction how to deliver of pigeon trainees the easiest way:
• Pigeon trainees have not to be younger less than 35 days.
• Pigeon trainees have to have a birth ring 2023.
• During delivery process of pigeon trainees the filled registration form is required. Important is to prove the lineage
of the pigeon trainee at least to the second generation with the owner’s signature and a pigeons ownership card.
(No exceptions are acceptable under the penalty. For the original owner penalty means losing of all of the rights for
rewards.)

After the training sessions the pigeon trainees will participate in 5 races.

Results of race will be released on website of Derby Řečany. Flight time of the pigeon trainees will be published.
Final statement:
● DERBY RECANY claims the rewards value reduction in case of non full of capacity of 1.300 trainees.
The rewards value are calculated for participation of minimal 1.300 trainees.
• When pigeon trainee would be deliver to Derby the ownership would be transferred to organizer during training
period.
Note: “organizer” means Testing Station (TS) or Derby Řečany
• The organizer reserves the rights to change, postpone or cancel the race in case of bad weather, health issue or
other technical issues.
• After the final race the pigeon trainees would not be offered in auction directly. Pigeons trainees will have
returned till 72h after start will be offered in internet auction or will participate in EXTRA FINAL RACE. Other pigeon
trainees will be property of Derby Řečany.
This auction is planned to be held during October till November 2023 and will be split to several parts.
After the auction related to the pigeons trainees returned till 72h after start the selling price would be divided equal between
original owner and TS (50% to the original owner, 50% to TS).
Cost for the auction and picturing will be also divided equal between original owner and TS (50% to the original owner, 50%
to TS)
Basic starting (auction) price is 40,00 EUR.
• All registered breeders, original pigeon owners and TS owner are obliged to participate in the auction. The
original owners are obliged to increase the price with auctioning or get their own pigeons back under the
rules of the auction.
• Other pigeons getting back from the training, races or final race (after 72h after the start) with no interest
during the auction will become property of Derby Řečany.
Other exceptional rules:
In case of any extra veterinary restriction issued by SVS (e.g. bird flue or other…) the organizer is obliged to resign of the
competition conditions.
In case of this situation occurs the pigeon trainees would be returned to the breeders or after the agreement the extra
auction will be organized. The selling price will be divided equal between original owner and TS (50% to the original
owner, 50% to TS).
EXTRA FINAL
After successful passing of the final race BRAUNSWEIG and in case of 150 pigeon trainees would finish the race the
EXTRA FINAL form BREMEN (550km) will be organized. The pigeon trainees have to be activated. Price for the
activation is 25,00 EUR.
Pigeon trainees activation:
1. Original owner of pigeon trainees has prior rights for activation for 5 days after start of the activation is
announced. The activation fee has to be paid.
2. Other breeders can activate their pigeon trainees after 5th days of start of the activation is announced. The
activation fee has to be paid.
3. The name who activated the pigeon trainee will be marked together with the name of the pigeon trainee.
4. The pigeon trainees on 1st – 10th place at Final race and on 1st – 10th place at ESO are excluded from EXTRA
FINAL.
5. Only activated pigeon trainees will be participated in EXTRA FINAL.
6. The reporting system BENZING will be active till last awarded pigeon trainee would be finish the race.

4th place – free entry for 7 of pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
5th place – free entry for 6 of pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
6th place – free entry for 5 of pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
7th place – free entry for 4 of pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
8th place – free entry for 3 o f pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
9th place – free entry for 2 of pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
10th place – free entry for 1 of pigeon trainees in 2024 to Derby Řečany
Awards of SUPER ESO:

SUPER ESO competition consists of the races: SLANÝ, CHOMUTOV, DÖBELN, LEIPZIG, BERNBURG,
BRAUNSWEIG and BREMEN. Results from every race will be counted to final standings of SUPER ESO.
The winner is pigeon trainee with the best average speed.

ESO pigeon competition will be ranked based on speed averages in every race. Race 1-5, will be completed (EKS
system activated) within 48 hours from the start. The final race will be finished within 72 hours from the start. One pigeon
can get a maximum of 6 place in total.
