Ringo here, and today I can finally say it… WE ARE RACING! 
Race 1 took place today over 202 km, and what a morning!
Once again, we started with fog, but today it took longer to disappear. Meanwhile, temperatures were rising and everyone was watching the clock. With more than two hours expected flight time, patience was neededโand today it proved to be the right choice.
When the route was clear, the GO was given!
The arrivals were very steady. During the first 45 minutes, there wasn’t a single minute without pigeons arriving. We came from three main directionsโnorth, east and west. About half of us arrived very low, while the others came in high, suggesting different groups may have flown at different altitudes and experienced different winds.
