Algarve Great Derby 2025. Training 7

Hello friends, Ringo here, checking in from the loft!

Today we had our 7th training flight, this time from 95 km.

And let me tell you – it was just about perfect.

At first, the trainers had to be patient and wait for the fog at the release place to fade. Good call, because later in the morning the temperatures started rising quickly, and waiting much longer wouldn’t have been possible. Once the baskets opened, the skies were clear and conditions just right.

There was only a very light headwind, nothing to worry about, and we took off with confidence. The result? A beautiful show in the sky:

Small groups arriving one after another, non-stop, for about 30 minutes.

Steady, smooth, and safe – just the way we like it!

Release place (9:00 AM):

Temp: 19 °C

Humidity: 85%

Wind: SO 4,7 km/h

Arrival place (10:00 AM):

Temp: 27,6 °C

Humidity: 36%

Wind: S 11,5 km/h

With everything going so well today, there’s no reason to slow down.

The next training is already planned for Monday.
