Algarve Great Derby 2025. Training 4

Hey everyone, Ringo here – and today was Training 4 from 38 km.

The distance is climbing… and so is the temperature.

For the first time this summer, we really had to fight the thirst. Not fun when the sun is burning and your tongue feels like sandpaper.

Even so, we kept it together and flew well.

Funny thing – a few of our flocks actually flew right over the loft without noticing, circled around like,

“Wait… we’re home already?!” and then came back to trap.

The next couple of days are going to be really hot, so the trainers say we might get one extra day of rest before the next challenge – 50 km.

Wings are warmed up, brains are switched on… just give us the signal.
