Greetings from Talent!
Hungary, the town of Pápa, the sports stadium. In the presence of the Hungarian breeder Mr József Politzer, chairman of the Pápa Breeders’ Association, we started yesterday and flew home. Our blue car also went home. “Who’ll be home first? Us or the car with Bohdanka?” It was us! After all, we’ve got wings! The blue car doesn’t have wings, and by the time it reached the town of Prostějov, it didn’t want to go any further. An ‘ambulance’ had to take it (20 km) to KGM Olomouc, where it is now in the care of experienced ‘doctors’. But it’s a brilliant car. It managed to limp almost all the way home in pain. It learnt that from us! We pigeons always want to get home too, even if it takes every last ounce of strength.
